1. Provide you with information regarding all properties as well as your own:
- Available to you, at any time, for any questions, concerns or comments you may have
- Feedback from Realtors and perspective buyers who view your home
- Comparative listings including bank sales and For Sale by Owner sales
- Complete access to all secure areas of our site
- Instant Notification on all new properties in the area
- Availability to show your home and answer questions from Realtors and perspective buyers
- Current advertising and marketing on your property
2. Assist you, upon request, in obtaining the best available services, including but not limited to:
- Lawyers
- Mortgages
- Building inspectors and appraisers
- Movers
- Surveyors
3. Advise prospective buyers or their brokerages that I'm representing and negotiating on behalf of you the seller.
4. At all times, demonstrate accomplished, professional conduct for the most pleasant real estate experience.
5. Unless limited by the acknowledgement of 'Dual Agency', exercise fiduciary duties in favor of the buyers, including loyalty, obedience, competence, confidentiality, accountability and disclosure.
6. I will not disclose your identity to perspective sellers if instructed to do so.
